This property will bring you tranquillity amongst a beautiful backdrop of country living. The attention to detail has been taken care of. The water pressure and shower head were pleasing. The king-size bed and comfy pillows and mattress ensure a refeshing sleep. The DVD collection included a good variety of highly rated films. The deck had fly screens around, which made sunset even more enjoyable! It is close to town and only 3 minutes away is The Woolshed restaurant, which is worth a visit! We’ll be back!

Lovely place with plenty of room and able to accommodate the size of our group. Clean upon arrival and we were well catered for. Beautiful town and short walk to the local shops.
Really great experience staying in Kangaroo valley. The place was brilliant even featuring a netting around the balcony to stop the mozzies and flies so we could enjoy a night time bbq! Thanks for having us
Annie’s Barn provided us with an exceptional stay! During a two-night visit for a nearby wedding, my partner and I were greeted by incredibly friendly and accommodating owners. They even allowed us to gather fresh eggs from their chickens for our breakfast. The accommodation was impeccably clean and comfortable. Additionally, we developed a fondness for their dogs, chickens, sheep, and alpacas during our stay. Without hesitation, we highly recommend Annie’s Barn!
